How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad the best experience for 3 yrs very nice and helpful
Heather B | Overall ExperienceYes Ramona the owner was very compliant and nice to customers with the exception of some of the employees that gave an attitude when we needed the luck removed and help with getting our storage open to empty everything out on the day of move out. This was the U-Haul in Tilton New Hampshire.
Kelly P | Overall ExperienceEveryone was.very friendly and professional. The cargo van I rented was very clean
RONALD A | Overall ExperienceAmazing staff and the district manager, Brittani went above and beyond for me. Thank you all for your support.
Patricia B | Overall ExperienceI wish I had gotten his name, but the gentleman that checked me in and later returned the trailer for me was exceptional. Very helpful since I am not very skilled at backing up a trailer! It was pouring rain and he still had a great attitude!
Darleene E | First ImpressionsWasn't walked through the pick up process with the truck, with the text and pictures. I did take pictures before I took the truck , well the driver i had . It seems as i didn't get money back for un used miles. And didn't have the truck a full 24 hours.
MONEKA S | First ImpressionsGreat service. Some always there to answer questions and they answer the phone when you call! Highly recommend!
Denise P | Overall ExperienceStaff was great and on the ball.
Jay L | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit is clean and well maintained. All of the people here are personable, pleasant and professional. In particular Tony, Ramona and Mark are great to work and interact with.
Kevin M | First ImpressionsClean operation, great experience.
