I rented a truck from uhaul to return it an hour away. I also accepted the free month of storage and not only was the manager of the place rude..he locked up our unit for non payment after two days. Thought I got a free month? Now my move is delayed yet another day.. I have no access to my belongings till the morning... Now I have to pay for another night at the hotel and extend the truck.. again. What a joke.
