The unit was easy to sign up for and I could access my stuff anytime I wanted. The units weren’t fenced in or heated like some facilities but that was ok for what I wanted and needed. The one thing that was frustrating was that the slide lock for the door was almost always frozen or misaligned during the winter months because of ice build up on the ground. There were a few times i could not get at my stuff because of this. The units could benefit from have a different locking system to combat this somehow.
