The gal on morning shift that explained everything to me on my first visit was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. On my second and third visit the guy on afternoon shift who came to help me with entering the facility to unload my truck was very patient and kind explaining the process again to me for driving into the unloading bay and using my code. He also was very super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Both of these Escanaba employees made my first day experience at the Escanaba U-Haul facility a very positive and efficient experience.
