We couldn't get ahold of anyone for three days. The door was off track so we couldn't get it to close easily. It's the main reason we got all our stuff out. We got tired of fighting it

I would advise against using this storage facility. You can never get a hold of the owner and when you do she always has an excuse as to why she hadn't returned your calls.
