How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhat the facility has in rental units doesn’t match what the website says.. Meaning website says it has climate controlled 10x20x10 and facility says that’s incorrect.. 10x20x10 doesn’t exist.. Yesterday website says two available and today it says one left .. facility has two larger units but the dimensions aren’t 10x20x10 and those two units are rented out..
Duane W | First ImpressionsWhen I rented the unit I requested auto pay. At the one month rental I received a late notice. I immediately called and made payment. They did cancel the late charge. I again requested auto pay. Yesterday when I went to clear out the unit there was a lock on the unit. We called from inside the building but was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally walked over to the office. The man working said I was current but there is no card on file. He also said he couldn't unlock it until he found out what was going on. He had to make a phone call before he could take off the lock. This resulted in about a 30 minute total delay plus the embarrassment of being locked out of the storage unit.
