We were a short term rental, but our experience was excellent in every way! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and well lit. Entry was secure and we were very happy with our experience!

However, when my technician arrived to pick up the truck he was pressured to complete the survey and give a 5 star rating before he was able to begin the pick up process. The attendant didn't start the process until my tech scanned the code to start the rating.
