To whom it may concern, due to time constraints on my part I was not able to move into the unit. I called the phone number late in the day only to find a voice mail box and was not able to leave a message. A few minutes later a representative reached out to me and was really accommodating with securing me with all the proper information and paperwork needed to get entry and was very helpful in making it happen . I commend the customer service which I have received . Thank you
