I was in the hospital for the last 5 months. I did not know that they were trying to contact me. Forget my storage facility out of being in the. Rears. I got home to find out that my facility was auctioned off and that was every last piece of anything. I had of my grandparents gone because you couldn't try hard enough to try to find out what was going on with me. Now I am jobless, and i'm waiting for social security disability to have my hearing on september twenty second. And then i'm going to go ahead and get a lawyer. And i'm going to sue your a****. I will never use you haul again. I will never recommend UHaul to anybody. In fact, you had my ex husband's name. As the owner and he's my ex. Husband just because he drove the truck does not mean the facility or any of that should have been in his name. So you guys messed up from the very beginning. My children will never know their great grandparents. Because everything in that facility was everything from my grandmother's house. After she just passed last december. My grandfather has been gone since 1996 and I didn't have anything of his until I got stuff from her house back in march. You have just destroyed a family's history. Because you couldn't take the time to find out the rightful owner. When I did try to contact customer service. When it was only convenient for me. Your office was closed and your 1-800-UHAUL REPRESENTATIVES TOLD ME I HAD TO CONTACT THE FACILITY, WHICH WAS NOT CAPABLE FOR ME TO DO. BECAUSE ALL DAY LONG, I WAS IN AND OUT OF GETTING TESTS DONE. AND HAVING PROCEDURES DONE TO SAVE MY OWN LIFE! I I HOPE YOU REALIZE YOU JUST DESTROYED A FAMILY'S LEGACY AND HISTORY. BECAUSE OF YOUR CARELESSNESS. if I would have been able to get in touch with somebody and let them know what was going on. I would have paid anything to get that facility back.
