Jerone B | Overall ExperienceI Didn't like the fact the deposit was non-refundable and the move-in was expensive but inflation is crazy I guess, but deposit should be refundable if no damages occurred and move-out notice is reasonable but that's my opinion. Cameras were everywhere and accessibility was great. They were outside units so normal mice and bugs were seen but no infestations or loose animals on the property. There were No issues at this location as far as break-ins or any criminal activity. They offered different sizes for different needs. The staff were always friendly whether in person or over the phone. I would recommend this place.

DON A | Overall ExperienceTHE UNITS ALL APPEARED IN GOOD CONDITION AS WAS THE ACCESS ROADS. i CHECKED OUT OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE THE MAIN OFFICE WAS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. WAS SIMPLE. HAD AUTO-PAY SO EASY AND ST UP AT INITIAL AGREEMENT. NO COMPLAINTS.
Michael R | Overall ExperienceYou should know that we had one box that had mouse/rat droppings and shredded paper in it. Nothing was damaged. Mu sleep number mattresses covers were stained by something, and I will have to replace. I tell you this simply because you may need to check that unit before renting it to someone else. This is not a complaint as much as a heads up. Thank you.

The others would leave your items molded and roach eggs all on and in your boxes. I would recommend MCM Mini Storage to everyone.
