How U-Haul Reviews WorkOur experience with the Black Creek / Middleburg Uhaul storage unit was exceptional! We rented the unit for a few years, since the location opened and only terminated our rental as our daughter has now moved out of town and we no longer had a need to rent. The facility was always immaculate, super clean! We never saw rodents or insects, the floors were always clean and polished and the interior was cool and well ventilated. I would highly recommend this location to others and if we have another need to rent, we would return to the Black Creek location in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great experience!

James D | Online Move InI will not do it again just because the heavy load makes you use more gas. The truck gets sluggish. if hauling make sure you get a truck with cruise control that will make it easier to drive on a long trip.

But in all reality that was not true since i paid for mi ne online even thu that was never stated. And General Manager had no idea how to fix and never did fix. Plus was given frre lock when i got unit but was then asked for back. Really. Just complete aggravation with the whole thing. If didnt need for tume period i had i would have went else where.

My bill came out the 14th, closed on my house on the 17th and was told it only given a 3 day grace period that I wouldn’t get anything back if I moved it out like I did on the 21st. I let them know I was done on Saturday the 3rd.
