Most of the time I had a storage unit here I could not access it 24/7, as they advertised. Primarily I could only access my storage unit during their office open hours. This was very limiting. When I first got a unit, they were out of the special faubs that would open the gates & I could only access my unit during their office open hours. It was months later before I got one. They quite often had trouble with their gate system and had to physically keep it open themselves mainly during their office open hours. This did not provide good security for the storage units.
