THOMAS J | Overall ExperienceYesterday was absolutely a night mate. After returning to drop off Merchandise to give to a church. 3 Men watched me unload the stuff. Never once until the End one guy. did help get the last sofa off. It took me almost over an hour may less to get it off. Once that happened I returned back with my belongings to get Storage..Long story short They tried to fix keys 3 times after I walked back & forth to explain it wasn’t working. I was not offered a bottle of water. I simple feel the free month is ok but I feel like i’m do just more than that. Each time I came back, I felt like I was bothering them. When I’m moving for Over 8-9 hours on my feet , a bullet & tubes in my back. This hurt me a lot. I got my receipt today & it stated I was still charged $84 when we originally agreed $64. And on my return it would be credited back. I tried to call & stayed on hold a hour today. I finally had to hang up. This was a horrible experience even though the Manager & The day staff was absolutely incredible. I noticed my charges were $78 then looked back on Monday and my charges were $153... WTH..??? Please respond ASAP
