Nicholas S | Overall ExperienceBeware of the written notice requirements. I moved out before the end of the month but I was charged for another month because I didn't provide a 10 day notice. I've been using uhaul for years and never had to give a written notice. The storage facility sent me a 24 point email with the rules and didn't even include the need for a written notice. I found that to be tricky. You have to go back over the contract to find the additional requirements. I will not rent from another uhaul third party. Consistency is important to me.

ANN C | Overall ExperienceAverage staff at best. Facilities were fine. Staff was not so polite when my move out happened. Still got billed because they were "busy" and forgot to submit the move out order. Rates also increased multiple times over the year and now started to charge for insurance.
