I spoke to management a variety of times requesting for something to do done about the mice infestation in my unit. After the first time I left satisfied per I was told they would be taking care of it & should be seeing them less. I returned a couple weeks after & noticed nothing but more mice poop on my boxes & furniture. I decided to make manager aware again & they seemed careless about the situation but confirmed was going to look into it. I left & when I came back the infestation stench was worse, mice remains were everywhere & soon after took the decision to LEAVE grandpas attic. We rented a truck to be able to help with our move. To our surprise while we were emptying the unit we noticed only a few selection of our belongings were saved & the rest were garbage. There was mice poop stuck to it, very strong pee smell coming from ALL my boxes & items. Every bag every box I looked into there was mice poop. I threw away 95% of my belonging out to the dumpster that same day. I paid my monthly fee on time every single time, I was there for 3 YEARS. I paid for a unit for 3 years to have my belongings SAFE to go back to it & throw EVERYTHING away. How is that fair? I talked to management one last time about it. I have not heard one thing back from Grandpa’s Attic.
