After moving out all of our items and taking the lock off, I selected the move out option on my account to see what I needed to do. I did not continue the process since I wasn't able to take pictures, but the cancellation happened anyway and when I went to go check that everything was clean a few days later, the unit was already setup for the next customer. I wish I could have checked it to make sure we didn't get a service fee or something. It was also concerning that the access gate has stayed open for a very long time and I didn't need to use my code.

Basically the first night getting in and out was super stressful. The second day when I was unloading things went a lot smoother.
