I had such a bad experience in Ogden I was tired and stressed and had a truck load that was supposed to be stored in Ogden They did not have my reserved 10x10 They were of no help I drove back to Murray where I was supposed to return the truck and they could not help I couldn’t return the truck it still had my load It was almost closing and you were kind and helpful and I thank you

Uhaul did not have the trailer that I rented a week in advance. I had to get a smaller trailer instead. I wasn't able to bring everything I wanted on my move for this reason. When I had the hitch installed at Uhaul, they forgot to install the ball, ball mount, and pin. They also forgot to leave my car key inside the car. I had to drive back down to pick up those items.
