How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt's been a pleasure dealing with the folks at Naples Mini Storage on Domestic Ave., Naples,FL . Having been a Customer and User of their storage facilities over the past 20 years, I can definitely recommend their Facility and the various Facility Managers that I have had the pleasure to meet and have them help whenever necessary. On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the best rating), I have no reservations about giving them a rating of 10.

Frank Z | Overall Experienceafter break-in, primary door insecure for 5 weeks. office staff apparently did not even know the break-in occurred until around 10 that day when I informed her. brought this to the attention of the supervisor who credited me with $100. I have been a customer for over 20 years, have used several lockers for most of that time. this is a very poorly run, dirty, insecure facility. the fact that several people actually live in some of the lockers is even worse.
