Having been a Customer and User of their storage facilities over the past 20 years, I can definitely recommend their Facility and the various Facility Managers that I have had the pleasure to meet and have them help whenever necessary. Frank Z | Overall Experienceafter break-in, primary door insecure for 5 weeks. office staff apparently did not even know the break-in occurred until around 10 that day when I informed her. brought this to the attention of the supervisor who credited me with $100. I have been a customer for over 20 years, have used several lockers for most of that time. this is a very poorly run, dirty, insecure facility. the fact that several people actually live in some of the lockers is even worse.
