RICK N | Overall ExperienceBeen using Pack Rat for nearly 20 years. What I liked about this facility is that the driveway was paved and plowed soon after a snowfall. I also liked the security fence with keypad code needed to get in. I felt storage was safer this way. Kelly, the owner was often on site and he did visual inspections of the outside of the units. He even called me once to tell me that I had improperly locked my unit.

I wanted to answer yes, but unfortunately since I had my unit broken into and a very large amount of items were taken out of there I could not answer yes to this. If not for the theft issue I liked the convenience of the facility and use of key pad to get in. I just can't get over the fact about the theft though.
