I had mice in my unit, as well as water getting in. Had to throw some things away. I asked the office if there was anything they could do & was told corporate would reach out and they never did. On move out day (A saturday while they were open) I was having trouble getting into the gate and was trying to explain to the office that the code box was not working. I was told I was typing in my unit & code number incorrectly, tried it the exact same way i have always done it 3 more times in order to finally get in. The lady working the office essentially made me feel dumb by saying I only needed to type in the code and not the unit number but i have been doing both the entire time I’ve had the unit, following the prompts on the screen. Very unhappy about my experience here and will never rent from an Armor Storage again.
