absolutely horrible first of all the map that you guys gave for the unit was horribly hard to understand and then once I did find it I was in the building they had no keypad insurance at all whatsoever the entrance was locked it was before 10:00 on the website when I reserved it I was told that I had till 10:00 which means after getting my rental truck I went to the place where my stuff was I spent a good hour and a half two hours loading all this heavy heavy furniture real wood furniture and by myself and a 60 inch TV drove to the storage unit drove around the storage unit area for about 45 minutes from an hour looking for my unit and then go around for another 45 minutes an hour I'm trying to figure out how to get into my unit where the insurance door was entrance door not insurance which then I came to the conclusion cuz there was no door so I called the customer service number you may try to help me out they tried to call the GM they tried to text him but no response ever and then come to my my security concerns about this whole situation so far was it my security code worked for any of the other buildings that were there which issue only work for the building that I have a unit in another major really concerning security focal point is that there was a side white door that looked like it was a maintenance door I it was attached to that building so I opened it up and I was like well maybe this is how I get in there I'm going to the store and there's a button to open the door but no I walked in there and it seems like it was a maintenance shop so I swiftly turned around and walked out because it was not supposed to be in there probably and that was probably supposed to be locked in the morning after wasting my time to load the truck wasting my time there forever looking for it than forever trying to find a way into it and then having to drive all around wishing a bunch of mileage a bunch of gas and then had to turn around and drive back home with that heavy load listing more gas because it's loaded down so it loaded on vehicle with a bunch of weight in it uses more gas so I shouldn't have to drive her all around there first of all trying to find my unit that wasn't even open even though I was told I had access till 10:00 which was false you had the building labels on it was on the map it said building free the science building too the sign said building two which Legend more confusion led to more confusion so just a quick summary of where we're at so far wasted 2 hours of my time loading the truck driving mileage to the storage unit then driving mileage all around the storage unit several several several times as well as driving around with the truck completely loaded a lot of gas there and then having to drive back was it still loaded and then having to drive back again the next day with it still loaded is ridiculous I'm out of gas usage because I was misinformed or not misinformed I was just falsely informed about the amount of time I had and what time I could be there and what time I couldn't be there and if I would have known that from the get I would have said no I need a different unit because I have to have access pass that because of work or I'll never be able to get in and then I had to call out of work the following day because I couldn't get my storage unit in the night before and get all that stuff loaded so then at work by not be able to go then wasting a $500 day at work because I was not able to go because of being falsely told information that you guys by you guys which also led to me having to get the truck for another day which is shouldn't be put on me neither should most of this mileage and or most of the gas because this is your guyses as a company called as a company's fault because you guys have false information on your reservation online I was never told when I picked up the truck online on the website everywhere else it says that you have access until 10:00 so that made me a mileage my time gas another day of truck rental on top of that off I guess mentioned earlier I had a TV loaded in my truck do you think when I got home that I unloaded everything by myself after all that frustration and how late it was when I needed to get to sleep I sure did not have time to unload it or could unload it all by myself with some of the furniture way over 300 pounds because it's made with real wood so I left all the stuff in the vehicle because in reality it shouldn't have been in there anyways that shouldn't have to offload it again and because of all that I lost a 60 inch TV due to rain so now so far we are at losing mileage losing gas another day Truck Rental losing out on $500 day of work and then when I call this morning about it I called the location and employee picked up he seemed like a nice gentleman he said the manager was not available was not in then said oh wait he's calling me right now but he said he'd talk to you on Monday They explained where my unit was and when I had issues trying to access my code, a nice woman who was checking in the tow rentals, showed me how to work the 2 pad check in. After that I experienced no issues. I also appreciate the bathrooms available while accessing the unit. 5 stars. Definitely will be using this storage in the future if needed.
