ANTHONY P | First ImpressionsThe online use is confusing when trying to set up a unit and the sizing can be a little confusing pictures with a reference for size would be helpful I was under the impression the unit would be much bigger then it is the staff was super helpful and was quick to help me find my unit and get in when having difficulties I would still recommend the place to family and friends

SARAH C | First ImpressionsThe dispatch messed up my scheduling. They told me they were going to refund me because I had to cancel my Help because they had it booked the wrong day. They had it booked when I was returning the vehicle. I needed to have it while I was unloading it into your storage unit, but the dispatch booked it the wrong dates I had to come back an extra day and I’m self-employed and value my time and also had to have my help come back. It was an inconvenience and then I have spoke to multiple people in your department. I get transferred multiple places I got transferred to Somebody in the main Marketing last name. Douglas left him five messages over five week. Period of time with no callback and then called and spoke to a Joshua in the same marketing department that your dispatch team told me they’re the people that do the credits. I have not received any credit to my account and I’m going to mark that transaction as fraud.
