Good for small storage needs, but not for our intrastate move. Location was close by and was easy to transfer boxes from car to inside, but this facility is not designed to allow a huge moving van access. Our moving van had to park outside the fence down a slope and on the main road. Initial entry instructions were confusing and central U-haul phone number was unable to answer questions. We had to wait for the manager to be contacted to assist with initial facility access, but he assisted in smoothing the moving out process . Brandon, manager, was SUPER knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant, both in person and in calls/texts.
