The staff was very nice ands helpful. My only issue was that I rented a large unit, 29’, but it was wedged in the very back with very little room between it and the adjacent units making access with a moving vehicle impossible. I’m not going to transport my household goods around two corners into a narrow alley to move it from my truck to the unit. I decided to rent at another facility where I could actually bring my moving truck up to my storage unit. The layout of the place is awful! Why put large units in the back down narrow alleyways where they are inaccessible to moving vehicles? That’s why you lost my business.

CLEVELAND S | Overall ExperienceI arrived in u haul attendant was cleaning out another truck never acknowledged me sat in truck for 20 minutes still no acknowledgement, my son went in building attendant finished truck went inside and spoke with ppl inside building. Once inside attendant had to call supv. For instructions on how to book storage, was in building another 20 minutes! Clearly training and more help is needed for this drop off location.
