I was very satisfied with my storage unit and overall experience at Plattsburgh Secure Storage. The building was very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable storing my belongings there. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful every time I called with questions. They were always patient and willing to help, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit, especially college students. Having a clean, reliable place with great customer service is a huge plus!

One day we forgot expensive pictures out of the storage unit and went back a week later and they were still there. I would 100% recommend the storage units on Sharon Avenue to everybody. To me what is most important, was how professional and courteous yet friendly and helpful the girls were in the office. THATS what would make me use this facility again!
