Stephan P | Overall ExperienceAs a customer of Lucinda Self Storage for over two years, my experience with their service at 290 Margaret Street in Plattsburgh, NY, has been profoundly disappointing and frustrating. I was taken aback when I observed staff members physically opening my storage unit while I was inside cleaning, an action that displayed a flagrant, audacious, and egregious disregard for my privacy. Furthermore, I faced unjust accusations from the staff alleging that I was sleeping in my storage unit, fully aware that such behavior violates the terms and conditions of my lease. This unprofessional conduct culminated in the termination of my lease based on baseless allegations that had no merit. Additionally, I became aware that my storage unit was accessed on multiple occasions without proper authorization or legitimate cause. Such disturbing disregard for my privacy and security is utterly unacceptable. Consequently, I cannot, in good faith, recommend Lucinda Self Storage to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy solution for their belongings.

Jeff E | Overall ExperienceThe Owner/operator of Lucenda Self Storage was incredibly helpful during move-in as the Uhaul site that I reserved the Climate Controlled storage unit from had false information (1st floor interior access from outside) as the room was interior only access and in the basement. She came to the storage facility on a Saturday and stayed the entire time as she needed to operate the lift to get items to basement level. She do so without complaint and was very helpful / professional with the whole process. Thank you!
