This storage facility is conveniently located and easy to access 24/7. The units are clean, however as far as maintenance, the snow sometimes blocked access to the units for days until it melted. The units are not lit, and they are not temperature controlled so some of my belongings were damaged due to temperature and humidity so be prepared for that. The staff are friendly and helpful and good at communicating. I would recommend this facility, just being aware of the climate drawbacks.

Lynn P | Overall ExperienceI can’t say enough about this company. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my contract filled out as I I’m not the best computer girl. They also gave me a friendly reminder, one time about my bill, which was very kind. I had simply not had it set up as I was in a lot of chaos in the beginning of using their facilities. Once that was worked out they didn’t have any more trouble with me but they were super wonderful very kind And courteous Always there to help I truly would recommend these guys with all my heart.
