This storage facility is conveniently located and easy to access 24/7. The units are clean, however as far as maintenance, the snow sometimes blocked access to the units for days until it melted. The units are not lit, and they are not temperature controlled so some of my belongings were damaged due to temperature and humidity so be prepared for that. The staff are friendly and helpful and good at communicating. I would recommend this facility, just being aware of the climate drawbacks.
