Damond O | Overall ExperienceCould not access the site with with a large 80 foot truck. Entrance blocked for a truck this size with containers. Staff was helpful and alternate method was found, if lockers had not been available close to where truck could get in, it would have been very difficult to complete the move. The truck could only get partially on to the site
OWEN C | First Impressionsthis locker is clean and easy to access . i was able to back the u haul trailer up to the doorand lower the ramp to the locker floor
Clair R | First ImpressionsAs I was moving out I found a dead rat in the unit, and evidence of rat feces on some items. I was purging my belongings anyway, so most of the rat damage was to stuff I was throwing out anyway, but still it was disconcerting. Especially when moving boxes out of the way and finding holes chewed through two walls of the unit, allowing access. Granted, this was the oldest part of the facility, and the problem likely doesn't exist in the newer units. So if I was to use this facility again, I would insist on a newer unit.

BERTRAND B | Overall ExperienceI had a small locker because I didnt have a lot of things to go into storage. I was worried every day that someone would break in because the door getting into the area I was in was not locked. There was a security camera outside but that doesnt stop someone from walking in. Overall I had a good experience with U-Haul
Linda D | Overall ExperienceI rented a 10x10 unit...the door bottom was rusted and leaked water when it rained.....the light in the unit only worked for a month...yes....I changed the bulb..still didn't work.....the location was in a windy area so when ever I opened the door ...it blew shut ..unless it was a perfect day...no latch to keep it open.....in the last 2 months of the facility expansion....the security fence has been removed allowing easy access from the hyway so no security exists......which was the main reason to rent in a secure facility......im sure you will rectify this situation at some point....I dont see value for my money to justify the cost of security for my work tools at your facility....i have relocated to another facility that ifeel more comfortable at.......cheers.....Paul Burke...
