On my final trip in the employee gave me his code to use … begrudgingly. He didnt ask if I was even allowed in there so it could have been anyone . The late fees and fees in general are exorbitant for not knowing my belongings are actually safe from anyone wanting to break in . The app supposedly all we me to check out but infact it does not . I searched it thoroughly there is nowhere to check out and the speak with someone option told me it was instant but then said twenty minute wait time . overall disatisfied with my experience .
