I cannot say how helpful the gentleman who was on the phone with me was. This was a crisis and he made havign to find emergency storage a little bit less unpleasant!

Denise B | Overall ExperienceIt took a week for the rental to be closed after I called and visited the location several times to make sure I was out before it renewed for another month. 5 days after I last visited I received a call saying that they couldn’t close the rental because I left stuff in the unit. I told them I didn’t leave anything and that I have pics I took when I left of the empty unit. I asked the manager to contact me with a list of the items left in the unit and I still haven’t received a call. I assume the rental is closed.
