There isn’t anyone on staff at the facility and if you call, no one answers the phone. If you leave a message, no one will call you back. I had to just abandon the storage unit after repeatedly calling, emailing, and texting because there wasn’t anyone to tell I was moving out. A month later, I got a threatening letter demanding payment. I wrote back to them what happened and I finally got a text confirming my move-out and an apology. The apology was a nice gesture, but come on, answer the phone or at least return the phone calls!
