Overall I had a good experience with you guys until I emptied my storage units. I had just paid for another month and two days later I emptied my unit and now I can’t get prorated for the month which I find ridiculous. I’ve been with you guys for more than a year. The least you could have done is prorate me for what I paid. This is the reason why I wouldn’t recommend other people to use your services.
