I called and told them that i vacated the unit 10 days before the next payment was due. They said i was not going to be charged for the next month, but charged me anyway. Have had to spend my time to dispute the fraudulent charges with my bank. Very unprofessional.

I had just paid for another month and two days later I emptied my unit and now I can’t get prorated for the month which I find ridiculous. I’ve been with you guys for more than a year. The least you could have done is prorate me for what I paid. This is the reason why I wouldn’t recommend other people to use your services.
