Sandra L S. | Overall ExperienceI would not recommend it because within two years that I rented the unit, the cost of the storage unit was raised over 50%. That is way over the price of inflation. The staff is wonderful but Hinds And Hinds Storage Northside has become too expensive and how much overhead cost does a storage unit, there’s no electricity in the storage unit there’s no water there’s no gas and that the price went up over 50%.

RICHARD L. | Overall ExperienceWhen I first rented this 10X10 unit from Hinds & Hinds 4 years ago it was $80/mo. After the rate was raised to $131/mo, the fourth rate increase in as many years, I emailed to object to this price increase but no one responded so I decided to move to another facility. All other local storage facilities are charging less than $90/mo for a 10X10 and less than $131 for a 10X20. It seems to me this company, Hinds & Hinds, is only interested in making more and more money and not providing any extra or better service for the increased price. I'm happy with my new facility - twice the space for less cost. Sorry I didn't move out sooner.
