Facility is in disrepair. There was no "dedicated watchman" on site as advertised on their webpage. I went to check in, (and had been calling for 2 days prior) and there was nobody to be found. I called several times over, and nobody answered and I did not receive a call back. U-haul was no help either, as it's not a U-haul branded facility (yet it was marketed and recommended as a preferred partner on their website when I was booking the moving truck). I was left scrambling at the last minute to find an alternate storage facility. A couple of days later, I sent them an email requesting a refund of the money I paid and cancellation of my contract. I received a phone call the next day from a nice lady who took care of my issue. She stated the company phone had been stolen by the on-site employee. In any case, do not use this facility, they are low-priced for a reason. Spend a little more and go to either a U-Haul branded location, or another big-name storage facility.

Josue V | Overall ExperienceHorrible communication. I moved out in August of 2022, took the until May 16, 2023 to clear and close my account. That was after numerous emails and phone calls, as they were still charging my account. I could never get in touch with the “manager”, they changed many times, the code to the front gate was never the same, had trouble getting into and out of my units. I would not recommend this facility.

Larry B | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was burglarized weeks after placing my belongings in. This was the worst experience ever!! Moving from one state to another was already difficult, but to have most of your belongings stolen and not being properly compensated for it was extra stressful. I am still trying to replace things that were taken.. Apparently, is they must have ran out of room in their vehicle because they would've stolen everything in my unit.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
