Only complaint something ate through all my boxes 😔 and probably have a smallllll roach problem but the staff and manager all the sweetest I don't think it's due to them but maybe the people moving in bringing pest with them. They are accommodating they all speak well with each other and I would definitely rent with them again thank y'all so much y'all made it hassle free and did I repeat their team is so sweet manager included.

CEDRIC B | Overall ExperienceI got two units here on Dec 28th 2026. I was given one wrong unit number. I was supposed to have unit 1059 ans 1061, I was given 1059 and 1060. Thats what the manager told me when I discovered that I was locked out my second unit 1060 in January 2026. The manager told me he was going to fix the issue. That was problem 1. Problem 2: I was moved out my unit involuntarily without my knowledge. I paid rent on Feb 28th 2026 and was moved out Mar 14th 2026 with no refund nor notice. Problem 3: Where is my refund? I paid for a month and was given two weeks. Problem 4: Where is my stuff, I called the call center and this store and no one knows anything. No one can tell me why I was moved out nor where my stuff is.
