Sherry, the manager was amazing! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The problem was the owner. I paid for a pull through spot. I had to move 3 times because the owner put other vehicles behind my travel trailer. The third pull through spot was not wide enough to get my trailer in so my trailer received damage. I would recommend the manager, Sherry, for any position but the owner does not care about the customers.

tj w | Overall ExperienceMy trailer was stolen from storage space during a time when gate access and the cameras were not working. I was not given on option to move my trailer while their system was out. No offer was made to compensate me for my stolen trailer, or to refund fees. Later, trailer was found and was reportedly stolen by a "druggie". I do not feel secure on their property if they have "druggies: regularly on the premises. It was hard to get a hold of someone as well. Although there is an office/house on the premises, no lives there and all communication had to be over the phone, not in person. They were difficult to get a hold of. In fact, when I started renting a space for my trailer, no contract was filled out. because they aren't always there and didn't know when they couldn't catch me; but after it was stolen, they sure wanted me to sign the contract. Also the lot is full of dirt and weeds. My items, stored in one of the units, were always really dusty....and hot. I had candles that melted while in storage. I would not recommend this facility despite the price. You get what you pay for.
