They're a secure area, have amazing staff, and always helped me when I had questions. The reason I needed the unit was because of a really bad accident I was in. Everything I put there when I had to move was there when I returned. The staff is the best and were patient with me when I couldn't talk very well yet. Out of all the storage areas in the Wasatch Front, I recommend Bear River Storage above all others.
