JACQUELINE M | Overall ExperienceI moved out in August, on the 28th, not in November and was charged for 2 additional months, September and October, after I had emptied the storage container in August, with an employee, I thought he was the owner, standing by. I have never heard of anything like this. I have tried contacting the business but they refuse to credit my account for the months I did not use the facility. They literally stole $90 from me. I received nothing for the $90 they took from me. Somehow they justified that it was ok saying I never called the office to cancel. I didn't know I had to, and was never told I had to by the employee I interacted with. He knew I removed everything from the unit and was not using the service any longer. Buyer beware, these people seem to be only in business for the money. They Do Not Care about the people they are serving!

However I stopped up at the office after vacating the storage unit i rented i Thanked her because they’re lovely people and left. I was billed again twice now both times I called the office and this time it was for More than my storage unit. That’s alarming. She said she would handle it but that’s what i was told when i left and here we are two months later. But everything else was as expected.

Dee M | Overall ExperienceNot recommended. No client oriented business. If you decide to go, read first the contract: too little in your favor there. Price for service not good (no lights, mudy and uneasy access). Receptionists are nice and efficient, but they are subject to untreatable bosses. At the beginning they were reasonable, but then after, they became mean.
Horacio G | Overall ExperienceIn October I noticed that someone had damaged my 2019 forest river wildwood by driving thier lawn mower too close to the unit and subsequently pushed the latch thru the fiberglass storage door.i notified the management.not only did the not address the situation,they completely ignored it, effectively using "cancell culture" to cancel me.typicall rude millennials.these people are two faced and basically scumbags. I wouldn't store a bag of garbage with these scoundrels
