DAVID D | Overall ExperienceMy sign up experience was fine. I spoke to a polite woman on the phone and she was knowledgeable and friendly. Some one else later signed me up on site. I noticed that my unit isn't full sized. I didn't question it when I was given my unit, but I later realized that in the far left corner, there is a space taken up. I don't know how to explain it simply. what should be a square or rectangle room has a corner taken up already. I plan to talk to someone at the desk about this and see if I can have a different unit or if they all have that.
