I loved the anytime availability to access my storage. Its in a great location and secure with gated fence (only code users allowed in.) The price a month was fairly reasonable.

I made multiple attempts over several weeks to cancel my storage unit after vacating it, including sending photos and calling several times. Despite all my efforts, I received no follow-up—only a new bill for the month I had already vacated. Still no response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Christian R | Overall ExperienceWe did move item in. Husband not happy with how far back and squeezed in the unit is we were given. Unfortunately, you are not given a map to see where it is so you can ask for a different location. Besides that, it went fine.

However, it was the only one in the size we needed. Our only other choice at this facility was a unit that you couldn't even back your car up to, as it was down a tight alley with a barrier across it.

Matthew B | Overall ExperienceOur 5 x 10 unit 319 was not easy to access since it was between buildings and the walkway was a weed filled and muddy drainage channel to walk through. We moved our stuff to a better facility closer to our apartment. We asked for some rent refund once we paid in advance but moved out before a week into the month, but to no avail. After using uHaul numerous times with stellar results, this unit was below the standard we expected.
