It took a month of me calling three-four times to get my money back. I have never seen such terrible customer service/care in a company of this size. Clearly the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and laziness.

Checking out and receiving my truck rental and renting my storage unit was a breeze worked with her assistant general manager young man very polite nice patient had a small hiccup over the weekend. Let Jamie know about it on Monday when I went to return my truck. She got me all set and together definitely recommend her facility to friends and family
