We had numerous problems throughout the rental in regards to the app. Every person we talked to told us something different and we had to spend hours on the phone trying to add drivers etc. We have rented from U-Haul numerous times and never had any problems until this rental.
Cynthia HThe tuck stopped going in to gear so had to call to have roadside assistance come and fix it so the truck was late getting back but the didn't change me for it being late they are super nice and understanding I will definitely go back if I need to rent one again
