This was a last minute reservation due to an emergency. This location was very helpful and accommodating and had us back on the road within an hour of calling them.
HAYLEY HOverall everything was great, people where nice and helpful. Everything worked as expected. Only issues was check in miles was a few miles higher. Nothing big but noticed as I took a picture of when I left and not when I returned but told them and my girlfriend look how close to 20 miles I used it. Again nothing crazy needed something in a rush and they helped me. I'll take it for the $1.80 extra.. lol Thanks Stephen
STEPHEN BThe location was excellent and I've rented a truck there before. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Normally, the truck would be clean and maintained when I pick up. This time, I received a truck that was just returned as I was waiting. The staff didn't have time to clean up and check the tires. The tire pressure light was on when I drove off the lot and the dashboard stated the left front tire was low. I turned around and went back to where I rented the truck and the staff said that was normal. That was a worry throughout my time renting the vehicle.

While I hope I won’t need these services again anytime soon (moving kids is exhausting!), I can confidently say I’d highly recommend Woods Farm and Garden to anyone in the NC area. They were reliable, professional, and made the process easier than I expected. Great experience all around!
