No dolly or pads was provided in the truck as I was told they would be, which made my move a lot more difficult than anticipated.

WALTER DI was very pleased with the service. They first helped me choose the correct size trailer and thoroughly explained the pros and cons to each. They matched my vehicle with the perfect fit. After choosing I was questioned as to any additional equipment or parts I would need. I did need a 2" ball and adaptor for my vehicle which I purchased right there. I was then directed to the lot where an attendant hooked up the trailer while fully explaining what he was doing and why. After the trailer was attached I was asked if there where any questions or concerns. There were non. I was extremely satisfied with the smoothness of the trailer on the road once loaded, as instructed. Surprisingly I did not use that much more gas on the long 5 hour drive was impressed by how comfortable the drive was. Thank you General Rental and U-Haul.
Paul MRented an Auto Transport. Auto transport disconnected from tow vehicle while loading the vehicle being towed onto the auto transport. Fortunately no damage was done to the equipment or the vehicles and did not come disconnected after leaving the facility.
