I think you should pro rate. I understand the uhaul is rented on a 24 hour basis, however if brought back a few hours late, a pro rate should be considered.

When I got there I was dirrected to the drop off point and told the paperwork would be completed inside with out me having to go inside. All they needed was the trailer number, This was appreciated at the end of an almost 1700 mile drive. Thanks and see you the next time I need a trailer.

Wonderful customer service. I had absolutely no problems. I do wish it was open longer hours. I had to pay for an extra day because of the timeframe. Oteherwise, I recommennd it highly.

Nice People. Uhaul needs to put jacks on their trailers as this was a pain in the ***. We could not drop the trailer to make runs around town to get boxes and other items.
