Loved the interaction with the ladies at the desk. It was my first time renting a truck and I misunderstood the time to have the truck returned, they explained it to me and I will be recommending them to anyone that asks. The only problem I had, is that the inside of the cab smelled of smoke terribly. I have severe allergies and asthma, and I had to use my inhaler a few times.

Kalli VI rented a tow dolly to go 4 hours they made me pay for two days it was returned within 12 hours of picking it up and they won't refund me for the second day I think U-Haul should change their policies on that
