There is a bottle cap and a snack wrapper left in the passenger seat. And a sucker stick in the cupholder. Also, the gas was an eighth under half when I went out to check it. She had marked it down as half on the paperwork that I signed for. My bad, but I returned it filled up just the spot where I had it and still got charged for extra gasoline. Use a kicker it took her 35 minutes to check me out. And when I finally got a chance to check the U-Haul over. It started the thunderstorm so I'm doing everything in the rain and didn't feel like going back in wasting more time.

The whole process was a mess. The air in the haul didn’t work. They were going to double charge me if I changed the truck out. The receipt was completely wrong. When I picked up the truck it was 3/4 th of the way full. When I returned it I returned it on full. The receipt.did not reflect that. They said I used 4 more miles than I actually used. When I reserved the U-Haul I specifically declined the insurance because I have my own insurance. I was charged for the safe move on the receipt. I retuned the U-Haul at 2:45 and the receipt states I returned it at 3:30. When I reserved it I said I want to pick it up at the counter and return it at the counter. No one was there when I returned it. A virtual Man was sitting there at the monitor and told me to just leave the keys on counter. So you guys over charged me for a truck with no air and a customer experience that was horrible.
FREDDYE WTruck had no air conditioning and no sound insulation on the driver's side, making for an uncomfortable experience. No pressure sensor on the front driver's side tire.
EDWARD GI was scheduled to pick up my U-Haul at 0600. When I arrived the key was not in the lockbox and there was no one in the store. I took an Uber from the airport at 0545 to be at the UHaul location on time... this after over 24 hours of travel that started in Tokyo. Because the keys weren't in the lockbox and because no one was at the store location, I had to stand in the parking lot for 2 hours until the store opened to get the key from the front desk. However, despite the store saying it opened at 0800, no one showed up until 0815. I was exhausted and frustrated by the lack of preparation for my reservation. The UHaul personnel from the app did attempt to support but weren't able to resolve from a distance. They indicated I'd be refunded my money but it looks like I received a $50 credit. Mistakes happen, of course, but this seems like a complete lack of preparation and care for a customer.
Adam SIf you advertise you open at 8:00 am, open at 8:00 am. I was there and told it would be 9:00 am. AS I had booked movers, 9:00 am was too late. The did have someone by 8:30 am, so I was able to complete my move.
