I really appreciating them helping me getting my car on the car dolly. Another time I moved a different Uhaul place told me I was on my own.

My rental reservation stated to pick the truck up at 9AM. No one was there when I was supposed to pick up my truck. Shortly after 9AM a man showed up and had me follow him down several hallways, through a warehouse and into a backroom with a single old computer and "10 year old printer". Definately NOT professional. They told me the funiture covers had already been put into the truck. When I got to my destination they weren't in the truck. I called UHaul and let them know. Per my rental receipt I drove the truck a total of 15.3 miles and got charged a fuel charge of over $46 dollars because the fuel gauge was 1/16th lower than when I picked it up. I also got charged $20 for "missing pads". After a previous bad experience I had sworn off UHaul. Because it was a covenient location and a last minute deal I figured I'd give them a try. I will NEVER rent a truck from UHaul or this location again.

Reserved a truck The day before and when I got there it took 30 min. to even be seen to Pick it up and then another 20min to be helped to return the truck and get my receipt.. Worst u haul experience ever... I will never go there again!!
