They were late getting to shop for us to get truck, we were supposed to get 26ft truck and only got a 20ft. They had no idea that we were even coming to get truck and we asked for 12 blankets and only got 2

ROBERT MThe location wasn’t open as it showed online & we were advised of their hours at pick up. The location was packed with wrecked cars, had no idea it was a U-Haul drop off location, if I would have had to drop off after the sun went down I wouldn’t have felt safe driving around a dark, questionable, un-inviting building.
DALE MThis was after hours drop off so no personnel to talk to in the "no" rating. Parked where I thought I should and dropped the keys in the drop box. There was no confirmation in the App for a few days.
