I will never use U-Haul again if I can avoid it. This has been the worst damn experience I have EVER had. Between not having the trailer at the original location I selected and then sending me to a different location that didn’t have the trailer either and having to go to a third location to finally be able to pick up my trailer will be on the time that I initially needed it Then add to the fact that when it came time to drop the trailer off, I was once again sent almost a half an hour out of my way to drop off the fucking trailer despite there being closer places to where I was to make my drop off

larry bI got overcharged by double and the gentleman at the location didnt know why. He reached out to Uhaul a to attempt to get my money reimbursed but it hasnt happened yet. It was a uhaul issue, not the establishment that i rented from. They were very courteous and went above and beyond to help Still waiting on refund…..
