From the moment I got there to the moment I left I had an issue picking up my U-Haul. I tried letting the person who was renting out to me know it had already been paid for while he was trying to fully charge me again he told me no it’s just depending charge and clearly it was not so he told me to call the customer service person. I called them. She also instructed him that it had already been fully paid for all I needed was the keys after an hour of arguing, he then caused a U-Haul manager, and there was a little confusion at first, but then once he figured out, I had already been paid for I was given my key within 30 seconds so I wasted an hour arguing with someone all I needed was a key. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever be back here.

Leo GWe returned 2 trailers and the attendant only checked in one. The attendant helped us unload both trailers and put them in place. He was sitting in his truck which makes it hard to find him. I think the truck is his office?
