No inspection was done to the vehicle. Customer service was awful. Guy picked his nose and then took my I.D with the same hand. When I arrived to drop off vehicle the employee didn’t do inspections or give me a receipt. Employee was sitting in the front eating at the desk.

The employee at this location seemed to not know how to process the transaction however he was on the phone with someone who helped him so overall, I would say my first experience at that location was average, but I’m sure it will get better
Jusrin AThe only problem I had was that someone had syphoned gas from the U-Haul the night before I was supposed to pick it up so I picked it up with an empty tank. Maybe better security at the locations that hold the U-Haul trucks would be a good idea.
