I returned the vehicle and put gas in the van to the level received but was charged for 3 days rental plus 1/2 tank of gas. I call and left 2 messages for corporate accounts to call me back but no one has called in more than 24 hours.

This location was excellent. The location I originally booked storage X in Port Washington was horrible. I arrived to pick up the truck and they told me they were not doing rentals that day. I had to change my plans and I was late in getting the job done and I had to pay my crew overtime. I’m expecting $50 from U-Haul for not having the truck there and available for me to take.
Paul PI was given the wrong key when picking up the truck and had to call support.
Ben KHave dollies, blankets and other essentials available at these locations. I realize pick up locations are not Uhaul centers but... still....it poses an inconvenience.
