I opted for a mobile pickup as it worked with my scheduled outside the facilities hours of operations. The lock wouldn’t unlock. Every person I worked with was helpful. But it delayed my process nearly an hour, initially trying the lock then calling uhaul customer service for her to contact regional manager then facility manager who had to arrive and use a wrench to open the lock. If none of that happened though, I wouldn’t have had the appliance dolly I paid to reserve (or any dolly) which was critical to move the item I needed.
